Clinic Policies

Patient Rights

We are committed to providing respectful, inclusive care to all patients, regardless of age, race, physical ability, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is very important to us. All staff are trained to maintain strict confidentiality.

Your medical information will not be shared with family members, friends, or third parties (such as insurance companies or legal offices) without your verbal or written consent.

Respectful Environment

We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for both patients and staff.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment or abusive behaviour. This includes offensive language, intimidation, threats, or physical aggression. Patients who engage in this behaviour may be asked to leave the clinic.

Appointments

We make every effort to stay on schedule. To help us do this, please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you arrive late, we may not be able to see you, and your appointment may be marked as a no-show.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Missed appointments and same-day cancellations are subject to the following fees:

  • Follow-up visits: $100
  • New consultations: $150
